Meet Christie
I didn’t wake up one day thinking, today I’ll be an author. I woke up thinking, what are you waiting for?
I’ve always loved books, reading, and storytelling. Growing up, I was writing everything — short stories, poems, journal entries… whatever came to mind. Writing has always been there. I just tucked away the creative side of it for a while. But over the years, that passion decided it didn’t want to stay tucked away anymore.
Choosy Lovers was actually written years ago, but I never published it. So this journey now? It’s bigger than just one book. It’s me finally stepping out, seeing what I can do, and testing myself as a writer.
I’m a mom, grounded in faith, and learning to move beyond what’s comfortable. Whatever I find outside that comfort zone… we’re figuring it out in real time.
