Spring Reset

Why is it that when the weather is nice, I feel energized, motivated, ready to do all the things…but when it’s cold? I want to cocoon in the bed like a swaddled baby. It’s cold. And while I’m not moving, my body has been talking to me. I just haven’t been listening. I blame the shady, indecisive weather.

But this week, I’m recommitting. Not in an overwhelming way… just in a 1% better way. I just read Atomic Habits and that “be the person that…” mindset really stayed with me.
Sunday really is the perfect reset day. A new week. A fresh start. Another chance to get a little closer to the version of me I’m working toward.
This week, I’m keeping it simple:
💧 Drink my water
🧠 Mind my business… like literally mind my business. Let them…….let me. This week I’m reading Let Them… If you know you know 😌
Anyway — cheers to the first week of Spring. Cheers to showing up. Cheers to doing what we can, with what we have, where we are.
